Welcome to Nordic Approach. We believe in transparency and strong partnerships, so we’ve outlined the key terms that apply when interacting with us—whether you’re ordering samples, purchasing coffee, or using our services.
1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with Nordic Approach, including but not limited to sample orders, purchases, and use of our online platforms.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Sample Orders & Product Availability
- Samples are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes, subject to availability.
- Receiving a sample does not guarantee that the corresponding coffee will still be available for purchase at a later time. Our offer lists change frequently, and lots may sell out
- Samples exist in either roasted (30gr.) or green (100gr.) (we are limited to those amounts of samples due to customs and availability.
- Dependent on the type of samples you have ordered, this may impact the time til you receive your samples. Larger events like our anual spring and autumn cuppings can also delay our progress with sending samples.
- You will receive an email from our lab with tracking as soon as it leaves our office.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Prices and availability of coffee are subject to change without notice.
- All orders are confirmed in writing and are binding once accepted by both parties.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon separately and must be met before shipment.
4. Shipping, Duties & Additional Costs
- We take care of shipping for sample orders, while bulk coffee shipments follow agreed Incoterms.
- Any additional costs after shipment—such as import duties, MVA, customs fees, or local handling charges—are the customer’s responsibility.
- Picking up coffee from our wear-house in Zeebrugge yourslef is an option, to be clear Nordic Approach does not make any money from additinoal charges for transportation from our wear-house.
5. Liability & Risk
- Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, risk is transferred to the recipient. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
- We strive for accuracy in our information, but tasting notes and descriptions are subjective and should be used as guidance.
6. Communication & Privacy
- By interacting with Nordic Approach, you agree to receive communications related to your orders, offers, and relevant updates.
- We handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
