Our Purpose
Specialty coffee is an industry with plenty of moving parts, and challenges at every turn. We’re here to challenge the status quo of how coffee is sourced and traded, push for better quality, and create real impact across the value chain.
The goal? An industry where farmers and roasters can thrive, with business built on fairer, more sustainable and ethical practices. People drive everything we do. We build real relationships, play the long game and believe better coffee starts with better collaboration. We go beyond the score to find coffees with character, intention and something to say. We look for producers pushing boundaries, distinctive profiles and quality that holds up season after season. From the first samples to final shipment, we keep standards high and quality control tight.
Transparency
No guesswork. No reading between the lines. We work to make the full picture behind our coffees clear, from traceability and sourcing details to pricing at origin. We provide FOB or farmgate prices for every coffee, with the level of detail shaped by each origin and its supply chain.
Impact
Better coffee should mean better opportunities at origin. We work with producers and partners to build markets for specialty coffee, creating incentives to invest, improve quality and develop their products. By building long-term relationships and growing demand, we aim to support stronger returns for producers and make progress on sustainability that lasts.

Sourcing
We look beyond cup scores. We look for intention behind the cup: producers with a clear philosophy, processes built around quality and the potential for consistency year after year. We build long-term relationships at origin, explore new opportunities and take calculated risks to find coffees worth talking about.
Quality Control
Quality is monitored from the drying tables to shipment. Our team repeatedly cups and scores coffees throughout the process, backed by strict physical quality checks covering moisture, water activity and density. The goal is to deliver coffees that meet our standards, with transparency at every stage. Detailed cupping notes are available for all of our coffees.
Spot Sales
Coffee in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in Belgium, starting at one bag. Our SPOT offerlist includes available coffees and incoming shipments, with seasonal options across our sourcing origins.
Purchase Planning
Plan ahead and book larger volumes of 100+ bags before availability. Forward helps you secure coffees for future needs, with the potential for better price points and delivery options to suit your business: FCA through our warehouse, FOB with freight arranged by you, or CIF with freight included.
Warehousing & Financing
Need flexibility in when you take delivery? Our warehouse in Belgium, operated by Seabridge, offers dedicated storage for specialty coffee, with controlled indoor climate and humidity. We also provide warehousing and financing options to help you manage stock and cash flow.
Logistics
From shipment planning to delivery, our logistics team helps keep your coffee moving. We offer competitive freight options and support for both SPOT and Forward purchases. Our sales team brings market-specific knowledge, including local import requirements, to help navigate the process.
Pricing Transparency
We work with exporters, cooperatives and suppliers who provide pricing transparency throughout the supply chain. The structure varies by origin and context, but we provide FOB or farmgate pricing for all our coffees, giving you greater visibility into how coffee is priced at origin.
