August 2025

Join us in Brazil for an origin trip focused on cupping, selections, and connecting with our supply partners. This trip gives you a chance to participate directly in our sourcing process in Minas Gerais, with visits to Mantiqueira de Minas alongside our partners at Jaguara, and Sul de Minas with SMC. We'll also spend time on farms where some producers have their own cupping labs.

Whether you're a small or large roastery, this trip offers valuable insight into the Brazilian supply chain and how we work with our suppliers. You'll be joined by our Green Coffee Buyer, Josh Coleman.
