A key part of achieving this is to continuously develop and improve our digital tools, enabling us to better connect coffee farmers, roasters, and customers in smarter ways. We are now hiring a Digital Development Manager to lead our digital development and modernization efforts.If you have experience with Odoo, ERP customization, or process automation, and are motivated by simplifying complex systems, you should definitely keep reading. About the Role

As our Digital Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Nordic Approach’s digital tools and processes, with a strong focus on the Odoo platform. You will work closely with our sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure that technology and business are seamlessly connected. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and implementing Odoo customizations (backend and frontend) in collaboration with external service providers
  • Maintaining and improving UoM logic, product structures, and internal modules
  • Building and integrating tools in Google Sheets/Excel with internal workflows
  • Enhancing user experience for sales and procurement through Odoo Studio or custom widgets
  • Contributing to the development of the Customer Portal concept (launch planned for 2026)
  • Automating workflows and data flow between Odoo, Google, Osapiens (EUDR), and other data sources
  • Developing dashboards for tracking carbon footprint and supplier scoring
  • Exploring and implementing AI-based solutions (such as ChatGPT integrations and smart process tools)

Who We’re Looking For

We believe you have a background as a systems developer, ERP consultant, or technologist with solid business understanding – and that you thrive in the role of a bridge between IT and business operations.You enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes, and making systems smarter.You also thrive in environments where you influence without formal leadership authority, this role offers significant autonomy, but also responsibility for driving digital development through collaboration and trust.We believe the following skills and experience will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience with Odoo and ERP customization, you know how to optimize systems for both people and processes
  • Ability to build and automate tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or databases) to improve workflow efficiency and control
  • Interest in AI and automation, with a curiosity to explore how technology can improve day-to-day operations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, you work well with both developers and commercial teams
  • A structured and independent work style with the ability to see the big picture
